| Manufacturing Designer/Engineer |
Immediate opening for a Manufacturing Designer/Engineer.
Requirements:
Four year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology and/or Architecture minimum. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred. Liscensed Engineer a plus.
Demonstrated successful experience producing shop or engineering drawings for product design, development installation and/or production of industrial/commercial products, preferably in the architectural metals or metal fabrication industries.
Experience with and or exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma disciplines as plus.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate concepts, drawings, processes between engineering department and architects, customers, customer service, manufacturing, etc. These communication skills are essential and must be
demonstrative. Self-confidence in his/her recommendations and the will (and data) to back them up in a team-orientated enviroment.
Demonstrated track record of developing shop/manfacturing/engineering drawings on time and within budget.
Ability to read, understand, interpret and product architectural drawings.
Confidence and proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD applications for construction, architecture and/or manufacturing.Human Resources.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the OEM Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and executing OEM sales relationships with manufactures of roofing membrane and related products resulting in building a strong OEM sales channel.
Requires experience in the commercial roofing industry, architectural metal or related products, including OEM and/or National Accounts Sales expertise.
