Product Description

This classic product features a two-piece design with a snap-on fascia and rigid termination bar to assure wind and water stay out of the roofing system. Standard face sizes are 3.75", 5.25", 6.75" and 8.25". Custom sizes available upon request.

Clamps membrane against building perimeter like a termination bar.
Allows use of high-torque screws without penetrating top surface of membrane.
FM Approved for maximum wind rating Class 1-180 with 20 gauge galvanized steel retainer or Class 1-465 with .050" aluminum retainer.
Ballasted version available.
Extension cleat engages under the extruded retainer drip allowing for custom face sizes.
Tested, Certified, and Warranted in wind conditions up to 155 mph. 25-Year, Category 5 Warranty.
